Most people don't need to learn C either; or any programming language, for that matter.
- carlmr 6y agoSure but I think programmers is an implicit assumption here when talking about which programming languages to learn. We don't need to start splitting hairs here. And COBOL is extremely niche, while C is still quite common and useful to know.
