Hey HN! We're Shahaf & Nir, founders of Muil. Muil is an open source solution to build, maintain, and manage dynamic templates using React and tools you know and love. Email and Report development is tedious and time-consuming you need to learn whole new custom languages, technologies and take care of generation on the server side Muil eliminates these concerns and let you build template using React. The page suggests there's an open source version, but it is unlicensed. Having worked with email once before, I would love to have had this around, but the server side solution puts me off a bit. For instance, I don't want to send user PII data through your platform just to get the email contents. I understand there needs to be monetisation though. Another thing to note, the example offered makes it look like templates are public and don't require API keys? Or are user uploaded templates private

    Ahh yes, you're right, but the package.json says Unlicensed and there was no license file in the repo

  thanks @conradludgate License is MIT, there was a mistake in the package.json file and we have fixed it - sorry for that. You can also see the license in https://github.com/muil-io/muil/blob/master/LICENSE https://github.com/muil-io/muil/blob/master/LICENSE Templates are not public and you must provide API key to generate template either you are using the on prem or cloud solution. In addition API key is per account and will let you only generate templates from the same accounts Hopes this helps

No contact details other than email and chat, no company info, no tax info. Not even a country where this business operates. That's a no go.

  @rad_gruchalski we are an early stage startup focusing on the product currently, so some details might be still missing from our website. We'll try to complete the missing details ASAP. Our company is based in Tel Aviv, Israel and service is running on AWS in multiple regions. If there are any other contact details missing feel free to contact us by chat or email.
