what about tencent?

  Don't understand why such a good question is downvoted. Tencent is essentially doing the same thing as Alibaba in Chinese market.

  SAMR already fined Tencent, Baidu, etc along with Alibaba for monpolistic investment practices. i.e basically unapproved M&A. I think it's most likely other anti-monopoly fines will follow for the other megacap techs in China.
