Dell and Lenovo make their repair manuals available online for free . They are still thriving and selling pc’s . There are even dedicated 3rd party sites (Parts people and others) that sell the parts to their laptops.
- zepto 5y agoPCs are commodities, so what would you expect. Apple’s entire selling point is that their products are not commodities. Apple’s business is not like Dell’s or Lenovo’s. What you have shown is that there is no reason to force Apple to do anything because anyone who wants a PC that can be repaired by a street corner repairman, can buy a Dell or Lenovo.
