Dumb question here: why don't airplanes incorporate weight sensors in the landing gear to eliminate this problem?
- mannykannot 6y agoI have been wondering the same thing. I would have thought the oleo strut would have all the moving parts you would need for such a gauge, lacking only a position sensor (perhaps temerature-compensated.)
