- TulliusCicero 6y agoI'm specifically talking about dismissing concerns about how bad employees are protected or how promotions are handled. > They don't either in the non-union corporate world either. Basically, people have seen for themselves that unions seem to be anti-meritocratic beyond what companies they've seen do, and that's simply dismissed. "No, you didn't actually see that."
