Build a scheduling software that can take into consideration multiple stakeholders. For instance, a simple calendar just takes a person and the available time throughout the day. However,if you have a situation,where a person, a room, and some equipment have each of their own availablity, planning becomes more difficult. I wasn't able to find any easily available solution that could do this.
