As a side note... Here in Bangkok, the street dogs are so fat from all the wasted food, that they have become incredibly picky and really, don't give two f*cks. They're so fat and lazy that you have to literally walk over some of them on the streets. On the other hand, the dogs further away from restaurants and off the beaten path depend on people coming to feed them. So they are a bit more svelte. And by golly, people have daily feedings of the "Soi" dogs. So thats the one benefit of excess food, at least here.
