Via intrepid searching using ISFDB and Archive, most of these stories can be read online.
What I'm struck most by with PKD is what he failed to envision. The wormhole teleporters to work, the stun sticks, the artificial organs, etc. He's spot-on with the technology stuff. But social relations remain mired in a corny 1950s time warp. The hausfrau at 5pm with the Venuvian filet mignon and a glass of Martian merlot. The corporations that all look like Apollo-era Rocketdyne test labs ;)
