Ask HN: Is it worth getting a top 5 MBA?

Is it still work getting an MBA from a top 5 school? How about Harvard, Wharton, Stanford? I run a consulting business that is profitable for me now, I also have some tech projects, but looking for more stability in the long-term. Do you think getting a top MBA is worth it? Do you know anyone who got one and how much did they make 4 - 5 years out of school? Did they seem like it helped them?
