- sanhajio 6y agoSynonyms.vim is a frontend plugin that allows you to show synonyms in a vim split, it is meant to shorten the cycle of going to your browser look for a word and comeback to vim. Plus the backend that search for synonyms is customizable, in the UNIX philosophy way.

- sanhajio 6y agoYou can customize the synonyms backend, instead of being tied to the built-in thesaurus completion. Yes, I have been asked this exact question before, and I must include the comparison in the README.
