Wix clearly doesn't understand their audience. I run a WordPress shop and am exposed to clients & potential leads who have Wix websites. They're mostly artists, very new business owners, & volunteers (tasked with building a website for their organization) and all are very, very un-tech savvy. Converting power users isn't even remotely possible for a walled-garden platform built for the technically unsophisticated.
