I think mines are banned in pretty the whole world.
- Someone 6y agoAnti-personnel mines, not mines in general (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ottawa_Treaty https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ottawa_Treaty) Also, 33 states, including China, India, Pakistan, Russia and the USA haven’t ratified that treaty.
