This is what Kubernetes is for. Personally, I run k3s, but setup and config looks like this -
1. stand up a cluster. (two commands, install docker, install k3s)
2. apply yaml files (kubectl apply -f .)
I run 6 services/"apps" on 2 OVH servers ($6.70/mo)
