Its all very well and good to state "we pay every penny we owe,", when you use creative accounting to get around "owing" in the first place. These loopholes, exemptions, "grants", etc need to be closed - THAT is fixing the problem - not increasing taxation for those that act honestly. That said, why are corporations taxed less than individuals when they are otherwise considered a legal person (but with increased indemnity!)? Thats should be addressed too, IMHO.
