- justaguy88 6y agoI think it was more of an indictment on the actual effectiveness of management's attempts at providing career growth in the general sense. Can always job hop for promotions, no need for your manager to be involved
- bluefirebrand 6y agoIt's more than that, job hopping seems like the only way to actually get promotions.
