Troubling. I find it surprising^, that our "democratic norms" don't have much to say about dealing with certain things: how to prosecute investigators, investigate high officials and other such tricky tasks. Troubling enough that the ACLU & a lawsuit to remove this person from a no fly list seems insufficient. That doesn't necessarily do much to make sure that presumption of innocence remains functional. ^no irony intended.
