Yeah, to bad Mapper was acquired by ASML. Would be interesting to see what maskless fabbing with Electron beam lithographically could do for small production runs. If you get the price for that down designing and testing of integrated circuits would be attainable for many more organisations. Maybe Multibeam can get it to work.
