It was more likely quicker because you felt like you could just walk to the person's desk and interrupt whatever they were doing to demand that they solve your problem.
- itg 6y agoI keep in mind others may be focused on something and interrupting them would be detrimental. When wfh, it is easier to miss responding back to a quick question and I’m guilty of it myself.
