- alistairSH 6y agoThis. The problem is that Monaco exists as a tax haven, and is easily accessibly (at least for Europe's wealthy). 99% of the time I hate that the US taxes citizens' income when they move overseas, but then I hear a story like this and change my mind for a day or two.
