Somewhat an off topic: Something that puzzled my doctor - sometimes the effect ADHD meds have on me is that it makes me sleepy. After trial and error, I think I narrowed it down to the blood concentration. Now I use regular adderall ir generic and split it four doses through out the day - that setup almost eliminated the sleepiness effect while preserving focus (and sanity while remembering taking it multiple times a day).
