I don’t see how it is hypocritical. Privacy is not a norm, it is a privilege of people like Zuckerberg.

  This is precisely it. Mark is saying that privacy isn't the norm. Similar to how being a billionaire isn't the norm. However when you have enough money you can afford such privileges.
