Satanism doesn't really exist in that way. There's a few edgelords that kind of practice what you would think about as "Satanism", mostly affiliated with the Temple of Set or the people doing the Goetia. However, the vast, vast majority of the folks being harassed are just garden-variety pagans. But honestly, its none of people's business. No one that's pagan is out there doing these outrageously awful things people are claiming. Those are predators. Target predators. Don't target pagan people.
