Depends on when they joined Facebook. Early employees had no idea what it would become.
- echelon 5y agoTotally. I tried to phrase it as a "cool off" period since they were last employed by the company. If someone hasn't worked there in five years, they're not involved in the present day debacle and can't vote against company practices.
