- PeterisP 6y agoWell, as your link states, this applies to producers of the 'visual imagery' (i.e. in this case, the woman's husband - but presumably he has a record of her name and age required by this clause, and presumably she's over 18), not all the sites distributing/redistributing user uploaded content.
