Is it because it is full of criminals?
- ggm 6y agoOther economies prisons are full of criminals too. Its the USA and I believe Colombia, Mexico and Brazil and Russia which seem to have this persisting gang culture in prison. And, also have extremely violent prison culture. The Netherlands has a much less violent prison culture. Britain is hardly perfect but has a much less violent prison culture. They're all full of criminals.
