To reinforce the other comment about Wyze's abysmal customer support, Wyze is currently rated Poor on TrustPilot[1^] (just as one example). Conversely, SimpliSafe's Great rating on TrustPilot, and the NYTimes Wirecutter's Best DIY Home Security System of 2021 speak volumes.
