In my opinion Netflix only cares about the bigger countries. For example, it's nearly impossible to get Dutch subtitles for any shows. It's always English, French, German, Spanish, Polish. Sometimes I am just too tired to read subtitles in English and want to read them in the mother tongue. I don't know if this is just an issue with Netflix UK or the same happens on Netflix in the rest of Europe.
