  I'm not the parent author but they're both state sponsored enterprise. I can't speak about wherever they're rebrands though, you'd have to take all their phones apart to figure that out.

    Shouldn't the government own the majority of the shares for it to be a state sponsored enterprise? Or does it just have to offer tax breaks and subsidies?
