  Its Your own property, and even if someone decides its trespassing they cant throw you out due to _NY eviction moratorium_

    A landlord entering their tenant's property without permission is legally considered trespassing.

      aaand? 1 they cant evict anyone in NY right now. 2 its not a tenants property after the lease got broken.
