Unfortunately the largest dumb 4K TV I could find was 75" (Sceptre brand, Walmart sells them).
I bought an LG 86" 4K TV. Before I powered it on the first time, I opened it up and unplugged the WiFi/Bluetooth card. So far so good.
Thank goodness it was possible to unplug. In the future it may not be, or it might be programmed to not even work if it doesn't detect the hardware.
The LG remote still has a microphone in it and a bunch of stupid buttons I'll never use (I wonder how much money they received for making specific Netflix and Prime Video -only buttons). Maybe if I get bored enough one day, I'll open up the remote and destroy the microphone.

For anyone who says, "Just don't connect it to your WiFi." That doesn't stop any other visiting users who don't know any better, from connecting to any WiFi such as their phone's hotspot.
