You could just you know....give your worker ample break times...
- edoceo 6y agoBreak time like what's mandated in union contracts? Or the regular ones mandated by law? Or by not setting aggressive work-product targets that necessitate skipping the allowed breaks?
- newsclues 6y agoCall centres micromanage staff time, logging every minute and often have an aux code for bathroom breaks, so excessive use can be managed, but it’s impossible to stop human needs.
- Gibbon1 6y agoNeeding pee and taking a rest break aren't the same thing.

- starkd 6y agoLonger and more frequent break times do nothing if you can't find a rest room. And who wants to spend their whole break looking for a place to go. Peeing in a bottle isn't that bad. Although admittedly more challenging for a woman. Still, not impossible.
- gtvwill 6y agoErr if your in a big rig, your rest room breaks are plotted when your run is. If your a courier...go to a servo? Lol use the toilet finder app?
- gtvwill 6y agoI've worked both as a courier and a heavy rigid truck driver. Lol just give your workers ample breaks. They can eat and piss. It's not rocket science. If your in a hr or > rig your stops are all organised by management anyways. least that's the law in aus. No more than 11 hours behind wheel for truckies too in a single day.
