My Macbook comes out of sleep mode almost instantaneously, so I come out of it with uptimes that are similar to yours. My PC desktop, meanwhile, gets rebooted when Windows Update demands it, so it varies. There are workplaces where people might be rebooting daily, I don't know. I just know that at home or at work, I don't.
