Fedora Council Statement on Richard Stallman Rejoining FSF Board
- oriettaxx 6y agoomg, what the hell is this can somebody give us a clue? with all the jerks in the world you can get mad at, do they have to be so picky on R.S.?
- not1ofU 6y agoIt's a witch. Burn it /s
- Andrew_nenakhov 6y agoIts a power play. No one should dare to resist. rms defied them an uncancelled himself, so they will double down, triple down on him until ge falters. Because if he doesn't, someone else might defy them, too, and suddenly they will be ignored. So that's why they will do what they can to destroy this vile thought-criminal. You see, he's been a dangerous force in the Free Software community for many years!!
- oriettaxx 6y ago> dangerous force in the Free Software community for many years!! Richard Stallman? omg I have to be out the loop, I couldn't imagine one could ever write anything like that :(
- Andrew_nenakhov 6y agoIt is a loose quote from the recent Open Letter [1]. [1]: https://rms-open-letter.github.io/ https://rms-open-letter.github.io/
- oriettaxx 6y agoOk, I got it, nothing new. I'm glad there is a debate on this: this is on his side https://rms-support-letter.github.io/ https://rms-support-letter.github.io/ I do really with there could be more smart politically incorrect human being like Stallmann.
- Andrew_nenakhov 6y agoI suggest using a term CoCkold for people who sign Code of Conduct and support the Post-Meritocracy Manifesto.
- Proven 6y agoStallman's ability to trigger folks like these makes his board membership even more invaluable! +1 to Nenankhov's CoCold comment that's already been killed. Very funny!
