"Underbody rust prevention spray", "Upholstry sealent", 3rd party alarms (often just a kill switch), and things like "market price adjustement". Seem various hot/new cars (WRX, WRX STI, Forester XT, Ford Focus RS, VW Golf R, etc) list on the floor well above MSRP.
