What is Lieferando doing wrong?

  Their support is non-existent. There's no recourse for restaurants giving you the runaround, which is often the case when you're ordering late at night.

  their app sucks so badly. Very tough to find something to eat unless you know exactly what you want. Language translations not fully there-- it's just not an international-worthy offering (even the name tells you that). But Wolt is also here, and their app and service are great.
