Users have to resort to running local VPNs like NetGuard. Even ADB can't do it: "Permission android.permission.INTERNET requested by com.android.vending is not a changeable permission type". If you know a way, please share! I understand permission fatigue but this lack of control is, to me, blatantly user-hostile.
