If I could choose I'd currently take Pfizer-Biontech. My second choices would be a tie between Moderna and Sputnik V, third choice J&J, last choice currently AstraZeneca because of the lower efficacy and elevated risk of trombosis (which according to the latest German data seems to be fairly high for a vaccine). I cannot choose, though, and will probably get AstraZeneca once it's my turn.
