Each sub-group wants to be mentioned in the acronym because "representation" and "solidarity" but it needs to be ordered in terms of size/cohesiviness/level of persecution then because of how the English language is written and how human memory works new letters are tacked on to the end instead of reordering or substituting letters. These groups dislike being described in relation to the groups they feel oppress them. BIPOC = non-white, LGBTQIA+ = non-heterosexuals
