I agree junior members should be helped. Lots of developers have a cowboy approach but they aren't junior. Senior members should set and enforce the standards

I agree junior members should be helped. Lots of developers have a cowboy approach but they aren't junior. Senior members should set and enforce the standards via best practices, code reviews and setting the definition of done e.g. unit tests, data, deployable etc
