I just threw out some Born Basic (~3.5 ppm C₆H₆) that was purchased on-sale but I didn't have the receipt. This is some BS. The US needs to get its chemicals oversight, regulations, and enforcement up to European standards. TSCA is just one example of horrible laws that permit poisons.
