- seoaeu 6y agoTaking an alternate route to avoid CO2 emissions is basically the opposite of virtue signaling: it actually has a real world impact, and doesn't "signal" to anybody because no one else on the road can even tell whether you're taking the low-carbon route or not.
- p1necone 6y ago"Virtue signalling" is just conservative-speak for "anything I don't like" used to avoid actually having to engage with peoples concerns. Don't bother talking to people like that under the assumption they're acting in good faith, just downvote and move along.
