I have question. Wouldn't everyone want to go to the best hospital in the city if they have something serious like cancer. For example, wouldn't everyone want to northwestern in chicago? These top hospitals are always in well off areas of the the city. Wouldn't this be inequitable? Would govt interfere and make sure that these top hospitals are distributed equitably ?
