Could they make cells that can regulate, if there is abundance of X = do something? I mean that would end a lot of problems. Starting with diabetes.

Could they make cells that can regulate, if there is abundance of X = do something? I mean that would end a lot of problems. Starting with diabetes.
- mschuster91 6y agoFor that to end diabetes, you'd need to keep the cells in the body... which has two difficulties: first, the cells need to be protected from the immune system destroying them and second, the cells need to find a place in the body to live... and then you have to find a way to keep their numbers regulated.
