Good on you for getting started. I have some feedback for you. The image of you holding the notebook can really be done a lot better in a few ways. It can use better lighting. You could be smiling at the camera. And the text in your notebook can be done a lot better. Even just doing it a little better would help. It's not a good drawing.
Although I'm already being brutal, your writing also needs a lot of work. The format it's in is like a school assignment that you weren't really interested in. It needs an introduction with a hook of some sort (why should I spend my valuable time reading this article?) and it needs to have some highlighted points of interest. I should be able to get the main idea from skimming the first sentence of each paragraph while I scroll to the bottom and then get a good takeaway when I read the last paragraph. When I did this, all I got was "I am starting a blog using a multi-day challenge". My skimming did not reveal who you are, what you do, or why your blog will be interesting to me as a reader. I came away feeling like I had read, again, an uninteresting school assignment or a journal entry where you filled in a template.
So how can you make these improvements? Think hard about what value you will provide. There is enough noise out there without people writing blogs just to do it. Then look at people with popular blogs who are writing about similar things. Take their most popular posts and use those as ideas of how to lay out your own writing with the major parts being introduction, list structure or narrative, and conclusion. Remember that most people will skim to decide whether to read in more depth. Then edit a few times, comparing your blog with the popular blog you are using as a reference.
It would be better if you could write several posts over a month and then release them, so that you can leave each post for a couple weeks without looking at it and come back with fresh eyes. Since you are doing this seven day challenge you will only be able to "freshen up" for a few hours but I recommend doing this anyway. So do your research and outline, have lunch, write the draft and edit it, leave it alone, and finally edit it one more time before posting it. This way your unconscious mind will be able to work on it and you will get a better overall product that people might pay more attention to.
And, again, put some work into your images.
Good luck.
