They had a pretty wicked breach (for nearly an entire year) a while back: https://nordvpn.com/blog/official-response-datacenter-breach/ https://nordvpn.com/blog/official-response-datacenter-breach..., and I've also heard their rather expansive marketing (the usual youtube personalities) brought up as a negative, but that one doesn't register much for me.
