My dentist simply put me on toothpaste with high fluoride (IIRC 8%?). Two caries remineralized over the span of about a year and I didn't need fillings.
Unfortunately high fluoride toothpastes require an RX.

- kristofferR 6y agoI just take fluoride pills after brushing in the evening. Common here in Norway a least. Tastes great too, it's like a small treat before bedtime. Has worked great, have never had a cavity.
