They should rename it to Folks-Wagon.

- Tade0 6y agoI think Speed-Wagon would catch on among the younger generations.
- _jal 6y agoThen they should release a model called the Reo.
- drewzero1 6y agoHeck, why not bring back Oldsmobile while we're at it?
- mikece 6y agoIf memory services, that marque is owned by General Motors and the modern version of the Speedwagon are GMC trucks. Would be catchy to actually release a new vehicle with the Speedwagon model name.
- Aeronwen 6y agoReo as Ransom Eli Olds' second car company, the first one is what became the Oldsmobile divison of GM. But GM never owned Reo. Supposedly Volvo owns the name now.
- mikestew 6y agoI'm pretty sure you meant Baby Boomers, not "younger generations": https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/REO_Speedwagon https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/REO_Speedwagon
- Tade0 6y agoI'm referring to a very different Speedwagon.
- mikestew 6y agoGuess who the Baby Boomer is who did not know there was a third option for "Speedwagon"? (First two options are the rock band, and the proto-truck from the early 20th century which the band was named after.)
- Tade0 6y agoTo that I raise you option number 4, who is part of a wider cultural phenomenon among the Gen Z: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-aZBwOj94w https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-aZBwOj94w
- flyingfences 6y agoThat's literally what the name has been since the company was founded.
- akmarinov 6y agoThat's literally the joke.
- justusthane 6y agoIt's also literally not a very good joke.
