- namelessoracle 6y agoI can't take this seriously when they have a "why we pip" section that acts like its anything other than a process to create paperwork to justify firing someone.
- maccaw 6y agoTo the contrary, I've taken many people successfully off PIPs - that's their purpose. It sounds like you may have just had some bad experiences?
