Journalists Attack the Powerless, Then Self-Victimize to Bar Criticism
- 1cvmask 6y agoThis is the type of journalism and media we actively fund and promote in client countries (of course non-white and non-European) where we overthrow regimes and replace them with an elite ruling class dependent on US involvement and meddling. Control of the media pacifies the ruled (till it doesn’t). What goes around comes around. Now our media serves the power elites, lies constantly and belittles the weak, poor, uneducated and defenseless. I am curious where all this will lead to a decade from now.... Will we be on permanent cycle of game show hosts beating seasoned elite politicians??

What you describe reminds me of that, media run amok creating the narrative and literally killing people in the process for entertainment. - 1cvmask 6y agoThe Running Man is great on so many levels including deepfakes. Arnold really was ahead of his time with those action movies including Terminator, Total Recall and Running Man.
